Thanks for servicing my car. The experience would be more positive if I didn't have to take my car back once to align the steering wheel position, and, twice because of a transmission oil leak that is plaguing my car for the last 2 Weeks. I will take my car today to jointly observe the source of the oil leak, which SSA believes coming from an oil spill during the service, that is seeping out of the front end structure onto my garsge floor. We'll see.

No matter how much or how little service is needed, my car is in good hands at South Street. They are the best!

Great service. Always feel confident if having our cars serviced here. Car was ready when promised. Just thought the oil change and tire rotation were a little high, even with a coupon. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating.

The source of air leak on LF tire, resulting in TPMS warning signal, was identified promptly. There was no charge although I was willing to pay for the diagnostic work.

You guys are great! I made an appointment for an oil change. You were ready for me when I arrived and my car was completed 30 minutes later. As I waited for my car on that blisteringly hot day, I was even offered a popsicle! What's better than getting good work done, running on time, and eating treats? Great job!

I was very happy with the service I received from South Street. Brett was attentive to my needs and that was much appreciated. The only negative to my experience was the condition of the Ford Escape loaner I used which was very dirty inside.

Courteous, fast and trustworthy. Car was ready before promised. Drake saved me money by conducting only services needed as oppose to summer service package I originally asked about. I have a new place to go and be worry free. Will be back!

These guys are terrible. I brought my jeep in due to a ticking lifter. Hence they wanted to replace the engine that was perfectly fine. The engine would of costed $5,000 with 82K miles on it. They gave a dumb response about how they really don't know what's wrong with it. Therefore, I paid them to do absolutely nothing. So I went somewhere else and got it fix for $1,700. Beats replacing a new engine that works fine. I will never go there again. I have no clue why the ratings are good when they truly aren't. These guys aren't the best.
