Just a few weeks after South Street replaced one of my tires I realized it had a slow leak. I took my car back to the shop and they found and fixed the problem within an hour - didn't even charge me for labor since it was still under warranty. Product defects are a reality in every industry but it's nice to know I'll have friendly, prompt service when they happen to my car. One of the service reps even offered to buy me lunch while I waited...can't get any better than that.

Awesome service. My husband usually takes the cars in for service and this was my first time. This was a great experience and they even helped me to understand warranty care, routine care that needed to be done and sent pictures to my email. They called to confirm that the care was still under warranty and made things easy for follow up care. Thanks for treating me with respect and explaining things to me. My experiences in the past at other places have not been this way, and very intimidating. You guys are great, and now I am looking forward to hearing " I told you so" from my husband! Thanks for the care and honesty you gave me.

additional problems with the car are explained before that work is done with the car owners permission; having loaner cars available are a big plus for those short on time.

I just went for oil change but I'm happy about their price and quality of service

This was my first interaction with this company. I called to schedule an oil change on a Tuesday afternoon, expecting to get an appointment on Thursday but they got me in within 20 minutes. They were all very professional and friendly. They inspected my car with the oil change and found a problem I knew had existed. There was an interesting event that happened while I was there which we all joked and laughed about. I will definitely do my business with this company.

Attentive to customer needs. Reasonable prices and good work. Managed to find time for me to perform work same day which was very helpful. Knowledgeable staff as well.
