I had the brakes of my car fixed earlier this year, after which brakes started making a squeaky noise. I reported this problem within couple of days after getting back my car. The issue occurred only after my car was repaired, however, the agent informed me it is unrelated.
Mr Jain here is a link that will better help you understand what and where the noise is coming from http://www.nissanclub.com/forums/2007-2012-nissan-altima-discussion-2-5-3-5/335120-squeaky-brake-pedal-2012-altima.html. On you last visit, prior to last night we could not duplicate the noise and did not charge you for re-assessing the vehicle. Last night we heard your noise and it is a problem with your actual brake pedal. This is not related to having your rear brake pads and rotors replaced. after finding this last night and not being able to lubricate the components we did not charge you for attempting to quiet this noise. What else could you ask for other than us being up front and honest with you. When things are our fault in the shop we take care of the customer, when they are not sometimes that is difficult to understand but ultimately tough conversations have to happen. We are here to help aide you through this, please let me know when this would be convenient for you. Brett Einheuser
