Very timely getting the work done and providing loaner car.

Friendly & courteous staff, were thorough in fitting my new tires and then performing an alignment but did not try to sell me a repair I didn't need and no unpleasant surprises on the cost. I'm new to the area and it looks like I've found my local shop for future needs.

Try to be more timely with delivery of parts from your vendors. The discount I received made me feel better about the delay on receiving my vehicle.

One of the most important thing to me is seeing Roberts face (the face of integrity). An other important issue for me is that I was able to talk to the mechanic and not go through a third person.
