I was so pleased to have your service, when I needed it most. On 12-21-15, I broughmy 2011 Mariner in with several problems. Mike greeted me and made me feel at ease immediately, with his calm manner amid my frenzy to get my car fixed. He explained the process, and even offered me a free loaner car. That was so necessary, because I had many things to do before Christmas. Later on, he called me to tell me that the issue was still under warranty, even though I had already taken my car in for repair on a recall. Well, he told me to contact the dealer, which I did and everything was covered and the car was fixed the same day. I was willing to come back and have South Street fix it, I would trust you more than a dealer. If Mike had not told me it should be covered, I would have been spent about $480 unnecessarily. Thank you for all the help you gave me and especially to Mike, who really made my day! I will always be a customer for life!
