Great friendly service and attention to my concerns about my vehicle

South St. tried to do the right thing by sending my vehicle to Gary's Collision after they had damaged the front bumper however they quickly sided with Gary's Collision when I objected to the terrible color match. The color is way off and my vehicle will have less value upon resale . I informed both South St. AND Gary's Collision that they have lost a customer and will always warn friends and neighbors about the extremely poor level of service .

Excellent Customer Service! Very polite and nonjudgmental group of employees that mean a lot. I left my tablet in the loaner car and they called me immediately to tell me they had it in the lost and found. Nothing bad to say about them besides the fact that it’s Expensive. It’s worth it though.
