Refreshing! It was a big sigh of relief after speaking to "Steve" the Manager of South Street. One phone call, one conversation with Steve and I felt I had finally found an auto service company who was more concerned for customer service satisfaction than the bottom line! I took my Volvo for repairs, I was called and quoted a price for each repair, I was promised a "loaner automobile" if my car had to be left, which they did. I was given the opportunity to give consent to any work, the opportunity to decline certain repairs, without getting the guilt trip over declined repairs. Honesty, pleasant, courteous, gave me peace of mind and thankful that there still exists REAL HONEST CUSTOMER CARE.
