I didn’t wanna leave a distasteful review because I had overall I had a great experience with this place. I was given a loaner car till my car was done getting repaired which really helped. Since Robert's two bay repair service at Rochester and Tienken over 40 years ago, you guys have solved every problem imaginable. From chipmunk nests, bizarre electrical problems, and regular keep it running repairs, the vehicles got repaired. I send everybody to South Street. There is no better place, a major part of what makes Rochester a great city. Keep busy.
