I had a 10 am appointment on Saturday, dropped the car off and put the keys in the drop box by 8:45am, did not hear from anyone that day. When I called to check-in at 3:30 pm I realized they closed at 11:30 am and were closed Sunday as well. I left a voicemail, which was not returned. So I was without a car heading into the work week and had to have a co-worker pick me up to go to work. Feeling pretty helpless to be honest. When I had to call on Monday morning because I had not heard from anyone the reason was that "your keys were put in the Monday pile". Accidents happen, I get that. But there were so many opportunities to make this better, and they were all missed. Whether it was checking your appointment list when you did not think I showed up and calling me to confirm the appointment before you left for the day, or checking your voicemails on a Sunday, or - at minimum - offering to provide the oil change service I requested for free (nope, had to pay for it). I know this shop prides itself on great customer service, and this was just not it.
