South Street Auto employees are unfailing polite. The team was able to squeeze me into their schedule the day after I called and I was in and out in just under an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I am completely satisfied.

My friend referred me to South Street Auto ! I called in with my cars issues & they said they thought the purge valve which I suspected was bad was probably the issue. They ordered the part , told me to drop off the car & it could be replaced the same day. Drake was professional, knowledgeable , courteous, kind,& helpful. My car was fixed before close of day & had been washed ! I was totally satisfied (delighted) with my experience & I will be a customer here going forward. I have a Hyundai so I was grateful they service foreign card & they also followed safe protocol in this Covid era. 5 Star Service !

Highly - HIGHLY recommend! My search for a place to take my Honda Elements to has ended! My cars are finally FIXED! Staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my situation. Being a female, I don't speak "mechanic" ... they made it very easy to discuss the symptoms and interpret what I was saying - in order to do the necessary repairs.

I just had my car in for some pretty major repairs and it was completed in a timely fashion, even with how busy things are right now. I also appreciate the outlook on some maintenance I will need to have done in the future. I feel very confident each time I put my aging vehicle in their care.
