Just an oil change - this time - but they reminded me that tire rotation with an oil change is a good idea. I learned this the hard way replacing a set of tires prematurely, but of course forgot. Thanks for the tire-saving reminder.

I arrived without an appointment on a Friday and was told it would be Monday before the fix was finished. Logan and the team completed that same day and below the quoted price. A fine experience all around. The entire staff is always very pleasant and, most of all, I’m confident my car will be fixed properly and at a fair price.

Took the car in fora an oil change and asked them to check a couple of "minor" issues I had noticed. Not only was the oil changed, those "minor issues" were identified and corrected. I was given an estimate of the cost for the entire list before they started working anything on the list. They kept me informed and even called to tell me the cost was LOWER than quoted! I couldn't believe it. Everyone was as helpful and cheerful at the end of the day as they were at the beginning of the day when I dropped my car off! It was a very pleasant experience.

"SSAC" - great customer service. Great work - Never had to go back for work performed. I've brought my family vehicles here for years, but had to take my company's vehicle to another shop. . . . multiple times (and coworkers) had to take back for rework - like a simple brake pad and rotor job. Plus the freel loaner is a great perk. Only complaint is they need to offer Coke zero . . . haha! ;-)

My favorite thing about working with South Street Auto Care is the "Care" part. I don't like having to get my car repaired. I don't think anyone does, however walking into their store and knowing they care about their customers is the reason why I come back and refer people I know to them. I have a hard time trusting auto mechanics, however, I trust South Street and everyone there. There have even been times when they have suggested that maybe I could do something on my own instead of them doing it in order to save money. Quality service goes a long way, and I'm always happy with the work done. Also - Last time I left something in the loaner car and they retrieved it and were so kind in returning it to me. Very grateful for South Street Auto Care

Great place if you’re looking for an independent shop. Efficient service all around. I set a day, took my car in, communicated maintenance issues, and drove off in a free loaner while work was successfully completed on my vehicle. So easy and stress free!

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. They're so friendly, timely and honest. Carly has helped me each time and she's awesome!
