I thought the experience was overall very good. I did not like having to get gas after returning to the store having traveled less than 1 mile with the courtesy car. I would have preferred to have been told up front that I needed to add $1 of gas even if I drove the car a very short distance. That is still a little ridiculous also but would have been more convenient.

Brian was the highlight of this experience. He is professional and attentive. John, the manager, was a complete Jerk. I wanted to share my experience regarding my interaction with John, however, I am still waiting on Kirk, the owner, to respond to my email and/or give me a call. It's disappointing as we have been faithful customers for years. It's remarkable how people are comfortable treating people so poorly. It is even more telling when there is not an avenue to express your concerns. Oh, and I waited for over a week for my repairs and my SUV is still not fixed.

South street auto care is a godsend. A local dealership that I have been taking my F-150 to had bad customer service. Recently, I had some issues that were concerning and the dealership wanted to charge me an astronomical amount without much explanation other than “you need to change this.” I called South Street and Carly (sp?) was fantastic! She heard my frustration and worry and offered me a second opinion. The problems were explained to me and with that knowledge realized that my issue was not as concerning as the dealership made it out to be. Also, South Street quoted me about half of what the dealership wanted to fix the problem. I’m sold. They will always have my business.

Carly (sp?) was great, The level of communication was invaluable, and very appreciated. Your free loaner service was also immensely appreciated, especially by my Darling Wife who wasn't a bit happy about the thought I'd be driving her brand new SUV while mine was in your shop. You could have been the reason we're still talking to each other today! Not certain how I feel about that...
