My car was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion. Carly kept me informed of the progress with realistic expectations for the completion of the repairs. Very convenient to have a loaner. I will be back when I have another issue.

I was just a little disappointed at first because I had an appointment to do a job which usually is easily done in 1 day, but it ended up taking 2 1/2 days and there were no loner cars available. But I ended up getting 15% discount on original quote and they threw in a free oil change which was worth approximately $27 , and I do have peace of mind with their integrity , warranties, and great workmanship . Over all, I am happy. Usually I think there would have been a loner car but maybe they were backed up because of all the happy customers they continue to attract .

took 4 full days to fix. too long. when i dropped to car off to be fixed i asked about a loaner. they said they would put me on the list and get back to me but they never got back to me about a loaner.

Quality work, parts and they keep you informed. A rental car is also a nice addition
