Great people. Great service. I have an older Mercedes that I had serviced at the dealer since it was new. I grew tired of the lack of customer care there, so I found South Street Autocare, which had great reviews. My experience was first rate. The people that work there seem to truly care about their customers and don’t take them for granted. The fact that I could get a free loaner car was a huge bonus. I will be bringing both my cars to South Street from now on.

The service provided for an oil change and rotation of tires on my Chevy Trax was excellent.

Work was done properly and on time. The service advisers were very good about keeping me up to date on the status of our car. Only complaint would be that the car was left dirty inside and out. Dirty paper mats were left in the car and leaves and bird droppings were all over the hood of the car. We would use South Street again.
