Great job doing a quick assessment on my van. This was a free inspection that gave me piece of mind and confirmed that I did not have an issue with a leaking oil filter housing. Only took about 45 minutes.

I have had a lot of major work done on my Saturn VUE over the last year. All the work has been quality, professional, and nice to have a smooth safe ride on these Michigan roads. This time I only had an oil change, waited for the job to be done, very quick, explained the work done and thankfully no other issues this time. I would only have work on my vehicle done at South Street Auto Care in Rochester, MI.

Brian is always trying to sell me something and was cold toward my wife when she came in to pick up the vehicle.

Starting off Rob provided kind service over the phone. Upon arriving Drake assisted me from beginning to end providing me with information and the best options. The environment was very professional yet laid back and inviting. I even got a piece of cake! This was my first time time here. If I ever need service again I know where I'm going. Highly recommend.

Service was prompt, efficient, and warm on a cold winter day. Recommended services not performed this visit but offered, were patiently explained, with clues to relative importance as to reason for that immediate attention, reasons and symptoms of service ommission explained in full by knowledgeable staff. I shall return, and I recommend south street to others looking for car care, based upon my experience this visit. I felt comfortable with their care and thorough work.

Got me in quick and very friendly gents in the waiting room. Cost was much cheaper than the dealerships and would go again! They even were curious on why I was getting some of the work done. Planned on keeping the car until it dies is why. Thanks again!

Very professional and very honest I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the service I received and my car was finished in a week of dropping it off and I had a very extensive repair. They also have great customer service which you hardly find anymore I will definitely be back with all my car needs and I will highly recommended this shop. Thanks
