Everyone who helped me was super nice, gave good explanations and personable. I think it is great that when you are put on hold there is a message about the history of South Street Auto. I appreciate the call before work was started, explaining what was wrong and options. I also appreciate the clean loaner car. I was stressed about my car but South Street Auto relieved as much of the stress as possible (maybe without even knowing it). I bet this is a fun place to work too! Thank you to everyone.
