I was really impressed with South Street Auto. The staff was courteous and responsive, and provided clear break down of needed repairs based on priority (e.g. this needs to be done, this could wait). During the repair process all costs were accurate and they kept giving me timely feedback as to the status and when my vehicle would be ready. Upon pick-up they detailed the extras I was entitled to, like reduce price on oil changes and emergency road side service. From start to finish South Street did a great job, I will definitely go back for my future repair needs.

My first experience using South Street Aug 2018. The correctly diagnosed the wheel hub bearing issue in my Chrysler 200S AWD and the repair was done on time as they stated to me. The service agent Carly was exceptionally professional and took the time to walk me through how they work with their customers. Very impressed with the 3 year 36, 000 mile warranty on the repair. That is uncommon in the auto repair world.

Great place to take your car for service. Staff is very friendly and honest. They keep you informed every step of the way. Will not be taking my car anywhere else in the future! The free loaner car is a plus!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism at South Street Auto. My vehicle is approaching the 80k mile mark and requiring more attention than ever, so I've had several occasions to work with the South Street team since referral by a friend last year. Each and every interaction has been positive with clear, respectful communication. (Thank you Brett, Drake, Carly and Rob!) Most recently, I had the shocks and struts replaced on my car. WOW! Because the repair wasn't a matter of safety, I considered putting off the expense. So glad I didn't wait. (Thank you, Carly, for clearly explaining the expected outcome.) I had begun to believe my ageing Volvo was simply less sturdy than it once was. I was wrong! With Michigan roads in the condition they are, it didn't take long to notice the post-repair improvement.
