I know I will get an honest assessment of my repair work and a reasonable cost for repairs. The staff is particularly nice and even worked with me to save me money when I couldn't find my most recent coupons. I've been using South Street for many years and often refer them to others. The loaner program is very helpful.

I had a pretty major car alignment issue that another shop just literally gave up on, and actually made it worse. I took it to South Street Auto Care and they spent a lot of time and effort in researching, finding the right parts, and applying them correctly. The alignment is WAY better and my 2014 Grand Cherokee is running great!

This place is honest and offered great customer service! I took my car here to have the AC checked. The customer service was amazing, they worked me in the very same day, checked the AC and because they didn't find any issues, the check was completely free!!! I've dealt with a few different Cadillac Dealers over the years and they ALWAYS find a reason to charge hundreds of dollars on sometimes unnecessary repairs. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family and will use them again for any future car repair needs. Very happy customer.
