When South Street gives a warranty, they are going to keep it. New brakes are more important than any other part of the car and I am so happy I got them free of charge! Just a little squeak for the technician to check out and I am probably a lot safer in my car than a was when I drove it in.

I had a great experience with South Street; the team there is fantastic, and really go the extra mile for excellent customer service. My vehicle needed a BIG repair, and would have to be out of commission for a week. Thanks to the team at South Street, the process was painless -- actually, it was fun! I dropped off the vehicle, and drove home in a free loaner. They let me keep the loaner for the duration of the repair, so my life would be totally unaltered. A week later, when the repair was done, I dropped off the loaner, picked up my fixed vehicle and resumed my routine. Easy as pie. They're great; thorough, and I really appreciate how they stand by their work (with a warranty). Really great, I will definitely be back!
