I always take my car here to have work done. They are respectable, do not overcharge, and do not tell me I need work done that isn’t necessary. I can’t say this about other shops I have been to. Being an engineer in the automotive industry, I can spot, and appreciate, when I don’t get a line of BS.

I just used so Street auto care for the first time and I was very impressed. I made an appointment online at midnight and got a call back at 9 AM the next morning to confirm it. When I arrived they offered me a loaner car which I didn’t need the time. They assigned a customer service rep to me to handle all the communications back-and-forth it might vehicle is being repaired. When it turned out my car needed to stay overnight while waiting for parts they made a loaner car available which I went back and picked up. The repairs were done professionally And completely. When I picked up my vehicle they handed me some paperwork we can go today three-year 36,000 mile warranty on the repairs they had done PLUS one free year of roadside assistance for ANY problem I have with the car. I will be referring family and friends to this place.

The service was excellent. Car was ready on time and the pricing was great. They even offered to drop me off at my house. When I went to pick up my car I was running a little late since the close at 6 but the gentleman on the phone offered to wait for me. I’m very impressed by their customer service and I’ll be back.

They spent time to explain and show me exactly what they found and how they fixed the issue when I picked up the vehicle with a very difficult and intermittent problem.
