I have a ‘07 Subaru Impreza WRX and it was in the shop for a clutch and flywheel replacement which was a priority fix for me. They also told me if other issues I had with the car I needed 2 CV axles and a front lower left ball joint and since this my everyday driver I can’t afford to break down again so I opted to get those repairs done as well as a oil change and ailment. I was a little disappointed though that the ball joint broke off in the knuckle when being removed and I had to buy a new knuckle as well but being in Michigan it was pretty much rust welded I kinda expected it. I wasn’t in a rush to get the repairs done since I got a “free loan a car” I was still able to get to work which was the reason I chose South Street Auto Care. Over all I’m satisfied with the results my car runs great!!! I love the customer service and professionalism I felt my needs were met and they stayed in communication with me every step of the way.

South Street didn't really fix anything so I have nothing to rate rather than attention to a customer. While the car break-down emergency put my family in a strain, I actually felt more strain leaving it at SouthStreet since you needed it removed as quickly as possible and I couldn't come up with a plan. We eventually had it towed to our house since the cost to keep it on the lot was cost prohibitive. Thank you.

The staff is great. The loaner cars are wonderful. Makes scheduling both my repair and my life easier. And, no one complains if I pick my car up and return theirs a day later than expected. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

4/5 Stars - Price is high compared to other shops & took about 2 days to get tires back (Dropped tires off loose). It was $80 two years ago not it's $120, This maybe because I dropped shipped through Tire Rack. Besides the two items above South Street Auto did a fantastic job, followed requested service exactly, friendly staff and quality mounting.

Very easy and quick to work with. They arranged a loaner car which is very helpful but most importantly their communications with me on diagnostics, work to be done (including accurate quotes) and follow up when the work was complete were exceptional. I don't get that level of service from the dealerships. In short they did everything they said they would do; called me, called me back promptly when busy and it made my experience better and built trust. Work was solid and explanations of my vehicle issues thorough and understandable to the layman. Although I don't wish to have any future vehicle repairs necessary I wont look anywhere else if i do.

Very professional, explained the issue, which turned out to be a non issue. Also went above and beyond in doing a cursory visual inspection of the mechanicals. Will continue to utilize their service.
